Hoopla is a website and app for borrowing movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics, and TV shows to stream or download on your mobile device, computer, or TV.
Instant titles in hoopla (indicated by a lighting bolt⚡) are available right away; Dearborn card holders can borrow 15 Instant titles per month. Flex titles (indicated by circular arrows 🔄) are used by one person at a time, so there may be a wait list; Dearborn card holders can borrow 5 Flex titles at a time.
